4th Month

I naively thought that with the passing of the first trimester I would no longer be so easily nauseated. This morning the little guy I watch spit up a bit of his soy formula and it took every ounce of strength I had to not completely give in to my desire to ...you know. It was just lovely and I was very glad I didn't have any breakfast before that. Ugh, I hate that aspect of motherhood.

I also have a lot of trouble sleeping well. If I sleep on my back (hey, it's still early in the pregnancy to still do that) then my arms go numb and I wake up to that feeling of the blood rushing back. It's weird. I also tried the pillows everywhere when I slept on my side and that would work for a while, but then I would wake up and want to sleep on my back again. I remembered later that this was the cycle every time my body changed with the baby growing. It took a while for the rest of me to adjust and then all went back to normal.

On to other news: I tried to trap the cats to no avail. I read up on it this week and I found that I did quite a few things wrong. So I have to take the trap back today and I'll wait for better weather to try again. I know those cats are in my yard leaving their poop, I have watched them from our windows, so I know I am not crazy. Although, my husbands slingshot set is looking mighty tempting as of late. If we kept it by the door then...

What else? That's about it for now. Sorry for all the mundane as of late. I've been in a brain fog lately and I have nothing heady to post on. I'll try to rectify that this weekend.

Oh you poor thing, I remember the days of 'morning sickness' as it was throughout my entire 9 months with both pregnancies. Just awful.

I've tried all the natural remedies and none seemed to work, so I've no helpful advice to pass on...

Just condolences :)

Hope it gets better...

There is a big difference between your own kids poop/puke etc and the poop/puke of another child, in my opinion...

Hang in there!

Jeff does enjoy his air soft pellet gun.

Sorry you have the yucks. I will keep praying for your health and for that new little one growing inside.

HAH!!! Amy is tacitly approving of me shooting the cat with the bb-gun. Maybe you will let me now.
