So I went to a Margaret Becker concert last night. I can't even remember the last time I heard her live. Last night was a real treat to an authentic artist who has her craft finely tuned. She read the audience quite well and every song was excellent. She played songs from almost 15 years ago and they sounded like she wrote just last year. She is quite the guitar player and her voice is exactly what you hope for when you have heard her albums. Simply put, she is the real thing. Tonight she plays in Roseburg. For those of you in Eugene, GO TO THE CONCERT!
