What do you see in the first picture? The answer is: The same thing you see in the second picture! See? I'M NOT CRAZY. That cat is in our yard all the time and this is the proof.

That cat looks alittle like Emmy's cat Evil (as jeff and dave call her) or Gussy as is her given name. Maybe Gussy sent out a message to your neighbor's cat to torment you since she can't do it herself.
